You don’t know when breaking point will come. It simmers in the background until one more thing, that very last thing, pushes it to a boiling point. The process of dealing with overwhelm, comes with learning curve.. and the possibility of coming out of it better than where we started.
Can you teach someone who doesn’t want to learn?
